As VP of People, Abigail is responsible for growing Boom’s workforce and building efficient and engaging employee experiences that enable individuals to achieve Boom’s business goals and simultaneously do the most meaningful work of their careers. Working across the organization, she regularly looks to create and mature practices, initiatives, and an organizational design to ensure talent is aligned with Boom’s business priorities and values. 

Having most recently worked at Boeing, Abigail has 20-plus years of progressive global human resources experience in manufacturing, aerospace, energy, and natural resources, where she has been responsible for all aspects of workforce planning and engagement within organizations of up to 5,000 people. 

Outside of Boom, Abigail is a Board Advisor for the Women in Leadership Program through University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of Colorado, and she also enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, boating, and camping.
