As Boom’s Senior Vice President, Supply and Operations, Chris leads the company’s efforts to source and procure products and services that support program development for Overture and Symphony. In addition, Chris has the responsibility for managing Booms facilities, government affairs and business operations.

Prior to joining Boom in 2022, Chris held multiple senior leadership roles at Caterpillar, where he worked from 1995-2020. Among them, Chris was appointed General Manager, OEM Solutions Division in 2010, and took on the additional responsibility of leading the Caterpillar Defense and Federal products business in 2012. In 2015, he was tasked to build and launch a Global On-Highway Trucks business unit from the ground up as the team’s Director and General Manager. Chris has over 20 years of extensive experience in procurement roles that span new product development, aftermarket, procurement transformation and direct and indirect procurement.

Chris was a member of the board for the Easter Seals’ Central Illinois Chapter for over a decade where he enhanced the organization’s operational capabilities, led the 2010/11 annual fund raising campaign and was Vice Chair of the Board.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys skiing, biking, golf and hiking.
