As the Vice President of Talent Attraction, Treena leads the Talent Team at Boom. She is responsible for Boom’s efforts to attract and engage world-class talent as well as the company’s learning and development programs.

Prior to joining Boom, Treena held the position of VP, Talent Acquisition at Peloton, where she oversaw the global Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations and Strategic Programs function. Previously, she led Global Talent Attraction at Indeed, where she grew the company from 1,000 employees to more than 9,700 employees across 12 countries.
