He is a respected and experienced senior executive with a noteworthy reputation for leading large organizations and independent teams to achieve success where others have been unable to do so, for more than 32 years.
Prior to his Air Force retirement, Kremer served as Director for Strategy, Plans, Requirements and Programs for Air Mobility Command, where he led the $19B Air Mobility portfolio and the Air Force’s 3-phase, $200 billion air refueling recapitalization effort.
Previously, Kremer served as the Director for Global Reach Programs for the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisitions, where he was responsible for overseeing 24 mobility, training and rotary wing acquisition programs valued over $50 billion; Director for Manpower and Personnel on the Joint Staff, where he was the senior Human Resources Director to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; and Commander of the 375th Air Mobility Wing, where he led over 3,100 combat-ready Airmen and was the City Manager for Scott Air Force Base, the fourth largest employer in the St Louis metropolitan area. He is a command pilot with over 2,700 hours in C-5, KC-135, C-21 and T-37 aircraft.
