Brian Ripsin is the Sustainability Manager for Shell Aviation. In this capacity, he is responsible for the implementation and development of the Sustainable Aviation Fuel strategy and other sustainability initiatives for the America’s region. During his 13-year career with Shell, he has held leadership roles supporting the aviation sector. 

Prior to joining Shell, Ripsin worked for Northwest Airlines in Minnesota. He graduated from Minnesota State University with a B.S. in Aviation Management.
