As Boom’s SVP of Passenger Product Experience, Megan is responsible for creating a world-class passenger experience across the travel journey. Since joining Boom as VP of Marketing in 2019, Megan has played a transformative role in building the Boom brand, launching key marketing initiatives, and successfully positioning the company for accelerated growth. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy, Megan is passionate about uncovering, distilling, and activating powerful insights to create innovative, customer-centric products and brand experiences.
Prior to joining Boom, Megan served as Senior Director at Egg Strategy, where she led brand strategy, insights, and innovation consulting for Fortune 500 companies. As General Manager of Brand Marketing at DISH Network, Megan developed breakthrough campaigns and go-to-marketing strategies for the company, including securing partnerships with Southwest Airlines and Apple. Megan began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she led marketing and sales for billion-dollar brands like Crest and Oral-B, launching the global expansion of Oral-B toothpaste in Latin America, Europe and Asia. With a passion for development, Megan has also created and led organizational training programs for leadership and professional skill development.
Megan holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She lives in Denver with her family, and loves traveling (41 countries and counting) and exploring the outdoors.
