As Boom’s SVP of Product and Customer, Megan is focused on ensuring that Overture is designed to meet the needs of our airline partners and provides a product experience that is beloved by their passengers. Megan joined Boom as VP of Marketing in 2019, playing a pivotal role in building the Boom brand before becoming SVP of Passenger Product Experience in 2022, where she was responsible for creating a world-class passenger experience across the travel journey. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy, Megan is passionate about uncovering, distilling, and activating powerful insights to create innovative, customer-centric products and brand experiences.
Prior to joining Boom, Megan served as Senior Director at Egg Strategy, where she led brand strategy, insights, and innovation consulting for Fortune 500 companies. As General Manager of Brand Marketing at DISH Network, Megan developed breakthrough campaigns and go-to-marketing strategies for the company, including securing partnerships with Southwest Airlines and Apple. Megan began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she led marketing and sales for billion-dollar brands like Crest and Oral-B, launching the global expansion of Oral-B toothpaste in Latin America, Europe and Asia. With a passion for development, Megan has also created and led organizational training programs for leadership and professional skill development.
Megan holds undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She lives in Denver with her family, and loves traveling (41 countries and counting) and exploring the outdoors.
