Recognized for her leadership in building iconic brands and innovative products for global scale, Megan Young brings a customer-first mindset to Boom Supersonic’s mission of redefining air travel. As Boom’s Senior Vice President of Product Marketing and Customers, Megan is focused on ensuring Overture meets the needs of airline partners while providing an experience beloved by Overture passengers. Megan leads product positioning and go-to-market strategy, helping communicate the unique value of Boom’s innovations.
Since joining Boom in 2019 as Vice President of Marketing, Megan has played a pivotal role in building the Boom brand from the ground up. She took on the role of Senior Vice President of Passenger Product Experience in 2022, spearheading the design of a world-class travel journey—from cabin design to onboard service—that will redefine what it means to fly.
Before Boom, Megan served as Senior Director at Egg Strategy, where she led brand strategy, insights, and innovation projects for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Egg Strategy, Megan was General Manager of Brand Marketing at DISH Network, developing breakthrough go-to-market campaigns and strategic partnerships with leading brands like Southwest Airlines and Apple. Megan began her career at Procter & Gamble, managing marketing and sales for billion-dollar consumer brands like Crest and Oral-B, and led the global expansion of Oral-B toothpaste across Latin America, Europe and Asia. Committed to developing talent and leadership, Megan has also created and led organizational training programs for leadership, empowering teams to advance professional skill development.
Megan holds degrees in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She loves traveling (41 countries and counting) and exploring the outdoors with her family.
