As Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for Boom’s finance functions. Steve brings 20 years of experience including finance leadership, corporate development, investment banking, and accounting across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Boom, Steve worked at Caterpillar as a Division CFO for several global divisions including manufacturing, engineering, digital, and procurement. He originally joined Caterpillar as a member of the Company’s Corporate Development team, following work as an investment banker and a career start in public audit as a CPA.

Steve earned his MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his three amazing children and pursuing outdoor adventures.
