Jackie Alsop is Head of People at Boom Supersonic, where she leads the company’s people strategy in close partnership with engineering and executive leadership. She focuses on building best-in-class aerospace teams, elevating talent density, and strengthening leadership capability to enable sustained execution at scale. Jackie designs scalable performance and talent frameworks that align people strategy with Boom’s long-term business objectives and mission-driven growth.

Throughout multiple phases of company growth, Jackie has played a central role in shaping and evolving Boom’s People function. She has served in both leadership and hands-on roles spanning people partnerships and business-facing HR, bringing a balanced approach to organizational effectiveness. Her work centers on cultivating high-performing teams, enhancing leadership capability, and implementing data-driven performance and rewards systems that drive both engagement and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Boom, Jackie held human resources roles across a range of organizations, supporting workforce strategy, employee relations, and initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness. Her experience spans both consulting and in-house environments, equipping her with a practical, business-oriented perspective on building resilient, high-impact teams.

Jackie holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
